Last Updated: June 28, 2026

TradeHubInfo respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users and visitors of our website to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy outlines how we handle copyright infringement claims and what steps you should take if you believe your copyrighted work has been used on our website without authorization.

We take all copyright complaints seriously and will respond to valid notices promptly and in accordance with applicable law.

1. Our Commitment to Copyright Law

TradeHubInfo is committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and all other applicable copyright laws. We do not knowingly publish, reproduce, or distribute content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any individual or organization.

All original content published on tradehubinfo.com — including articles, guides, graphics, and written material — is either created by our team, properly licensed, or used in accordance with fair use principles.

If you believe any content on our website infringes your copyright, please follow the process outlined below, and we will investigate and act accordingly.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative of a copyright owner and you believe that any content on tradehubinfo.com infringes your copyrighted work, you may submit a formal DMCA takedown notice to us.

To be valid and actionable, your DMCA takedown notice must include all of the following information:

Your Identity
Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address so we can contact you regarding your claim.

Identification of the Copyrighted Work
A clear description or copy of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed. If your claim covers multiple works, please provide a representative list.

Identification of the Infringing Material
The specific URL or URLs on tradehubinfo.com where the allegedly infringing content is located. Please be as specific as possible so we can locate the material quickly.

Statement of Good Faith
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Statement of Accuracy
A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Your Signature
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Please send your completed DMCA takedown notice to:

Subject Line: DMCA Takedown Notice

Incomplete notices that do not include all of the above information may not be processed or may result in delays. We strongly recommend consulting a legal professional before submitting a DMCA notice if you are unsure of your rights.

3. What Happens After We Receive Your Notice

Once we receive a complete and valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:

Acknowledge receipt of your notice as soon as reasonably possible. Review the claim and investigate the allegedly infringing content. Remove or disable access to the content in question if we determine the claim is valid or if we are unable to determine its validity within a reasonable timeframe. Notify the person who posted the content that it has been removed or disabled as a result of a copyright claim. Keep a record of the notice as required by law.

We aim to process all valid DMCA notices as quickly as possible, typically within 5 to 10 business days of receipt.

4. Counter-Notice Procedure

If you are the person whose content was removed as a result of a DMCA takedown notice and you believe the removal was made in error or that the content was misidentified, you have the right to submit a counter-notice.

To submit a valid counter-notice, you must provide the following information:

Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address. Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared on our website before it was removed. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, or if you are located outside the United States, any judicial district in which TradeHubInfo may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice. Your physical or electronic signature.

Subject Line: DMCA Counter-Notice

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not notify us within 10 to 14 business days that they have filed a court action to restrain the allegedly infringing activity, we may restore the removed content at our discretion.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

TradeHubInfo has a strict policy against repeat copyright infringement. In accordance with the DMCA and our commitment to respecting intellectual property rights, we will terminate access to our website for any user or contributor who is found to be a repeat infringer of copyright.

We reserve the right to make this determination at our sole discretion based on the number and nature of DMCA notices received in connection with any individual or entity.

6. False DMCA Notices

Please be aware that submitting a false or misleading DMCA takedown notice is a serious matter. Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that content is infringing may be liable for damages — including costs and legal fees — incurred by the alleged infringer and by us as the service provider.

If you are not certain whether the content you are reporting constitutes copyright infringement, we strongly recommend seeking legal advice before submitting a notice.

7. Fair Use

TradeHubInfo occasionally references, quotes, or discusses third-party content — such as news articles, market data, research reports, or publicly available information — for the purposes of commentary, education, criticism, or news reporting.

Such use may qualify as fair use under Section 107 of the United States Copyright Act and similar provisions under applicable international copyright law. Fair use is determined on a case-by-case basis taking into account factors such as the purpose and character of the use, the nature of the copyrighted work, the amount used, and the effect on the market for the original work.

If you believe content on our website does not qualify as fair use and infringes your copyright, please follow the takedown process outlined in Section 2 above.

8. Changes to This DMCA Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this DMCA policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date at the top.

We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of TradeHubInfo following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
